Nagano launches compact crawler boom

A new compact Nagano crawler mounted boom lift is being launched.

The 8.8m working height 09AC model is being announced in Europe through the Japanese manufacturer’s distributor in the continent Vertimac, which works closely with Nagano to promote the brand.

Described as a, “Compact and agile articulated crawler boom on rubber tracks, with reduced tail swing, designed for optimal efficiency,” the unit measures 4.08m in length, 1.65m width and 1.99m height when stowed.

The basket has 150kg moveable load capacity, with dimensions of 770mm x 620mm x 1100mm. Other features include the machine’s capability to tilt to 5°, while it has a travel speed of 1.1-2.2 km/h and is powered by a Kubota D722 diesel engine.

This new model follows the launch of an upgraded version of Nagano’s large basket Z11Auj aerial platform in December last year. The new version of the 11m working height crawler mounted boom lift has a basket capacity of 600kg and also has the ability to work on a 5° slope with a full load.
