Founded in 1991 by brothers Maurizio and Paolo Paravan, PMP is based in Pradamano and has a fleet of machinery that includes trucks, generators, aerial platforms and earthmoving equipment. Mollo says all activities of the company have been integrated into its own organisation.

Mauro Mollo, president of Mollo Noleggi, said, “From a commercial point of view, PMP is a brand with excellent references in Friuli and has a business model characterised by great flexibility aimed in particular at small businesses. Their customers will be able to count on our Group for a wide and high-quality range of equipment and services.

“Furthermore, our company has always been attentive to safety: for this reason, as in all our centers, we will also set up a “super” workshop in Pradamano with mechanics specialised in the constant maintenance of vehicles.

“I would like to welcome the PMP staff in our team. We are always happy to welcome new collaborators, with whom we can share skills and ambition to continuously improve the service we provide to our customers.”

According to Mollo Noleggio, the purchase of PMP is part of a wider development strategy for the Italian market. Last year the company acquired Monia Noleggi, an aerial platform specialist, and Parmiani Noleggi. The latest acquisition means the company now has 49 centres in Italy.
