Microsoft 365 collaboration for Integrated Rental software

Integrated Rental (IR), the Austen, Texas company that specialises in rental software for heavy equipment dealerships, is collaborating with Microsoft to offer its rental products to users of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Alise Moncure, CEO of Integrated Rental Systems said the heart of the alliance was a commitment to deliver more value for its customers; “By integrating Dynamics 365 ERP, we’re making it easier for them to succeed in a rapidly changing heavy equipment industry and compete in rental.”

IR said the integration would make it easier for Dynamics 365 customers to use its applications to expand dealership rental operations across multiple locations with consistency and control, to unify and analyse rental data to optimise fleet management, and drive AI adoption through rental-specific agents.

Mike Ehrenberg, CTO, Microsoft business and industry copilots, said; “We’re pleased to collaborate with Integrated Rental, a leading player in the industry rental management space, as they integrate their solution with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and deliver it to our joint customers.”

Founded in 2008, IR supplies rental software for dealerships including nine OEMs, covering more than 950 locations and with $15 billion revenue flowing through its systems.
