Mazzotta Rentals continues eastern US expansion

US rental company Mazzotta Rentals is to open a new branch in Lumberton, New Jersey, in early February.
The opening will expand its coverage to central New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia. Headquartered in Middleton, Connecticut, it has depots in Boston and Springfield, both in Massachusetts, and Brewster, New York, which it opened in mid-2025.
“Our team is thrilled to bring the Mazzotta Rentals standard of service into New Jersey,” said Joseph Mazzotta, CEO. “We take possession of the facility on February 1, 2026, and plan to be fully operational by April 1.

“Entering the New Jersey market - and particularly this location - will allow us to service both Central New Jersey and Philadelphia proper with the responsiveness and reliability our customers expect.”
The Lumberton site is 30 miles from central Philadelphia.
The company said the opening reflects its commitment to customer proximity, providing faster turnaround times and expanded fleet availability.
In June 2025 Mazzotta secured a US$160 million credit facility to fund its growth and fleet expansion.
