The new services, MyLiebherr Maintenance and MyLiebherr Performance, are being introduced for earthmoving and material handling machines. They will be rolled out in Australia, UK, Ireland, Canada and the US, where customers will receive six months’ free access.
The OEM, which recently ranked highly on International Construction’s Yellow Table, said that MyLiebherr Maintenance is designed to help fleet and workshop managers reduce unplanned downtime and improve service planning.
The service provides a status overview of machines and attachments, using a traffic light system to flag issues such as upcoming maintenance requirements or low fluid levels.
Users can view active notifications, service history and recommended actions for individual machines. The system also allows maintenance tasks to be monitored and planned, with information such as service appointment location and date available through the portal.
The maintenance service is linked to Liebherr’s MyAssistant for Earthmoving app, allowing operators to record and submit damage reports. Workshop managers can then view those reports as part of the machine’s service history.
MyLiebherr Performance provides fleet operators with access to machine performance data, including utilisation, fuel consumption, idle time and weighing information.
The service allows operators to compare individual machine consumption with global averages and create machine groups by application or category. Liebherr said this can help identify inefficient operations, reduce idle time and support better machine scheduling.
A Geo-Track map function also allows previous machine locations to be viewed, helping operators analyse routes, document operational history and identify possible improvements to workflows or site safety.
Liebherr said the services are intended to give customers a clearer overview of maintenance requirements and machine performance, while supporting more efficient fleet management.
