LGH launches ‘rental partner’ offering for Europe

Lifting equipment rental firm LGH has introduced a “Full Rental Partner” service across Europe, offering a “comprehensive end-to-end service…throughout the entire lifting equipment lifecycle.”

It said it was expanding beyond traditional equipment rental to deliver a wider service combining rental, technical support, testing, inspection and certification, emergency response services, and lifting arrangement drawings.

It will provide specialist services to support projects from planning to completion and said customers would have “a single trusted provider that helps ensure operational efficiency, safety and compliance across every stage of a lifting operation.”

In addition to inspections and certifications for lifting equipment, machinery and related equipment, it will provide general lifting arrangement drawings, detailing equipment positioning, lifting points, accessories and load behaviour for integration into lift plans.

LGH will deliver these services using its own teams as well as specialist partners.

In the UK, for example, LGH is partnering with Plant and Safety Ltd, a national inspection, testing and certification company, to provide independent inspection and compliance support on behalf of LGH.
