L Lynch Plant Hire expands in the UK

L Lynch Plant Hire & Haulage has expanded its plant and equipment maintenance service in the UK.

The Hertfordshire-based company, which also has depots in Northamptonshire, Coventry, Wigan and Somerset, has set up a number of maintenance shelters with help from specialist Zappshelter.

Zappshelter offers a range of rapid fabric shelters that can be installed on concrete blocks, steel support or using transport containers.

The weather-proof shelters can also be used as workshops, storage spaces, temporary warehousing, aggregate and waste material stockpile areas.

Merill Lynch, joint managing director, L Lynch Plant Hire & Haulage, said the company can now offer an agile approach to servicing as it unveils a “big plan” for geographic expansion across the UK in 2024.

He sais, “Before we got Zappshelter it was difficult for us to be set up with a week’s notice. Now Zappshelter helps us to provide a shelter for plant and equipment maintenance within a week.

“It helps us to create a dry environment that is easy to work in, is easy to install and is environmentallyfriendly. The importance of a dry work area is that we need to make sure that our people are in the very best environment to look after our equipment and to make sure that our customers get the very best service.”
