Kiloutou ‘resilient’ in first quarter
29 May 2026
Revenues at Kiloutou’s international businesses grew by 13.9% in the first quarter of the year to €135.1 million, helping to offset a -2.3% decline in France, it’s major market, where first quarter sales were €175.3 million.
Total revenues rose by 4.2% to €310.4 million, with EBITDA profit up 6% to €99.7 million, representing an EBITDA margin of 32.1%.
Kiloutou said in its investors presentation that it had “contained” the revenue decline in France amid challenging market conditions, and noted that its EBITDA margin had been resilient, driven by sales of used machines and discipline on costs.

Its international businesses, where Kiloutou is present in eight countries outside of France, benefited from acquisitions. On a like for like basis, international sales were up 3.7%.
It was a significant quarter for the company. It acquired DEA S.r.l. in Italy and Claveria Servicios in Spain, as well as KDM Hire, operating in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (UK).
Olivier Colleau, CEO of Kiloutou Group, said; “Kiloutou has maintained its momentum into the first quarter of 2026, demonstrating continued resilience despite a macroeconomic environment that remains complex, particularly in the French market.
“Our performance this quarter clearly validates the strength of our international diversification strategy, which increasingly acts as a powerful driver for the Group’s growth.
“The start of this year marks a decisive step in our European expansion. By entering Ireland through the acquisition of KDM Hire, we have established a strategic foothold in a high-potential market. Simultaneously, we further consolidated our positions in Italy and Spain.”
