Kiloutou gives customers more information online

Kiloutou has expanded the digital services available to customers at the ‘MyKiloutou’ customer area on its website.
Customers are already able to find information about their rentals on the site - including contracts and pricing agreements, invoices and bookings – and is now adding:
- Delivery information on equipment
- Request off-hire or extend rental period
- Submission of order form
- Access to the carbon footprint of equipment
The platform also integrates data from telematics, much of which is now updated in real time in the ‘MyKiloutou’ area. This includes equipment usage, location of machine, and usage alerts.
Kiloutou said; “Sharing this data creates a transparent relationship between customers and Kiloutou, who benefit from the same level of information as the teammates in the branches.”
The company said the goal was to make daily life easier for customers by giving them access to information to help them manage their projects and rentals more independently.
It added; “With these new functions, all co-developed with its customers and digital ambassadors in the branches, Kiloutou is confirming its position as a forerunner in the digitalisation of the equipment rental sector in France…offering a perfectly fluid experience between the digital experience and the in-branch experience”.
