Kiloutou close to 2019 levels

By Murray Pollok11 April 2022

Kiloutou will double its investment in sustainable equipment in 2022 and further expand its IMPAKT range of ‘green’ machines, which now comprises more than 50 models.

The spending commitment came as the company reported a 22.7% increase in its 2021 sales to €793 million as it continued its recovery from the pandemic. EBITDA profits of €258 million were up 28%.

KILOUTOU_Parc2 Kiloutou reported revenues of €793 million in 2021.

The France-based company said its activity levels were now very close to pre-crisis levels and that it would continue to pursue organic and external growth opportunities, the most recent being the acquisition of GSV in Denmark announced in March.

Kiloutou said that when factoring in the acquisitions made in 2021 and that of GSV, its pro forma revenues in 2021 would have been €950 million.

The acquisition of GSV will also boost its business outside France to 30% of the group total, up from 18%.

As well as the investment in equipment Kiloutou said it aimed to recruit 1,000 new employees in France this year. It is looking for mechanics, sales representatives and truck drivers, who will join its existing 6,000 staff.
