Kiloutou adds hybrid gensets to low emission range

Kiloutou subsidiary Kiloutou Energie, which specialises in temporary power and pumps, has added hybrid power generators to its ‘Impakt’ range of environmental products.

The Impakt brand for Kiloutou’s low-emission equipment.

It teamed with generator and lighting tower specialist Pramac on the generators.  

Kiloutou Energie, which offers gensets from 20 to 1600 kVA and pumps from 35 to 960 m3/h capacities, will offer the new hybrid generators as of the first quarter of 2022.

Launched in October 2021, the Impakt brand covers 3,500 products in France, including earthmoving, access, landscaping and tools.

Equipped with a Stage V engines and rechargeable batteries, they are designed to power a site during power cuts or in the absence of a connection to the electricity grid.

The hybrid equipment saves up to 40% on fuel and helps to reduce carbon emissions. Each unit can operate 24 hours a day, in hybrid mode.

Connected via telematics, the generators can be controlled remotely, with key diagnostic and usage information harnessed.
