Enter the 2026 European Rental Awards - deadline 27 February

Companies active in Europe’s equipment rental industry are invited to submit entries for the 2026 European Rental Awards. The awards include categories for rental companies, new products, digital technology, as well as awards related to individuals and ERA committees.
The awards dinner will be held on 3 June during the ERA’s annual convention in Maastricht, the Netherlands, which will be co-located with the APEX and International Rental Exhibition (IRE) shows.
The judges for the awards are:
- Pascal Ameloot, CEO, Huurland
- Stéphane Hénon, President, European Rental Association (ERA)
- Murray Pollok, Managing Editor, International Rental News
- Marco Prosperi, Director, Assodimi/Assonolo
- Dave Stollery, Consultant and power industrey veteran
- Non-voting chair: Carole Bachmann, Secretary General, European Rental Association (ERA)

The deadline for entries is 27 February 2026 and the winners will be revealed at the awards dinner 3 June in Maastricht.
The award categories are as follows:
- Large Rental Company of the Year (revenues >€30m)
- Small Rental Company of the Year (revenues <€30m)
- Product of the Year
- Digital Solution for Rental
- Best Safety Initiative by a Rental Company
- ERA Technical Committee Award – Outstanding Contributor
- ERA Sustainability Committee Award – Outstanding Initiative
- Rental Person of the Year
- Lifetime Achievement Award
Note that this year the cutoff revenue for the large and small/medium rental company awards has been raised from €15 million to €30 million. This had not changed since the first awards were held in 2008, and reflects both the impact of inflation and the growing maturity of the rental business.
The two ERA Committee awards - Technical Committee and Sustainability Committee - will be judged solely by the committees themselves. Companies are invited to submit entries for the sustainability award, but the technical committee award will be judged by the committee without reference to company submissions.
