inspHire to launch digital pen technology at Executive Hire Show

The system uses a digital pen that captures information written by the pen and transmits it via a Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone to a rental company's inspHire rental management system. InspHire said it means that a perfect image of the document, including all handwritten additions, can be reprinted at any time, removing the need to file hard copies of Proof of Delivery sheets.

"We are really excited about this Digital Pen Technology", said Graham Dobbs, managing director at inspHire, "Not only can our customers save time and money on both filing and retrieving signed documents, they get a confirmation of delivery or collection in the system almost immediately, knowing what time equipment was delivered or collected.

"The ability to hand write notes about damage or other specific information like collection instructions on a document and for the inspHire system to store this information automatically, provides a genuine edge in today's market place, helping reduce general overhead costs for running an efficient business."

The software company will exhibit at EHS alongside erento, the online rental marketplace.
