Inauro appoints new general manager

Australian rental technology firm Inauro has appointed Wade Bailey to the newly created position of general Manager – OEM & Rental, tasked with helping customers “realise the full value of connected data, digital workflows, and intelligent asset management.”

Baily has 35 years of experience in industrial operations having worked for most recently with Hitachi Global Air Power and before that Energy Power Systems, the Caterpillar engines and power dealership in Australia. He spent around 15 years with Atlas Copco at the start of his career working in a variety of rental-related roles.

Inauro, founded in 2020 by Angus Kennard, said; “Known for his pragmatic, people‑focused approach, Bailey will guide Inauro’s OEM and rental strategy, helping customers unlock the full value of connected data, digital workflows, and intelligent asset solutions. His appointment signals Inauro’s commitment to pairing advanced technology with real‑world operational insight.”

The technology firm, which numbers Coates and Ring Power among its rental customers, said Bailey was a “long‑time advocate for emerging technologies, [and] has contributed to global initiatives in digital transformation, digital twins, and connected asset solutions”.

Bailey, who will be based in Australia, said; “This next chapter represents a strong alignment between experience, technology, and purpose.
