Husqvarna acquires German tool producer

Husqvarna’s Construction division is to acquire Heger, the German diamond tool manufacturer that supplies wall, floor and road sawing equipment to contractors in Europe.

A private company founded in 1908, Heger has its headquarters and manufacturing facility in Heitersheim, Germany as well as sales offices in Germany and the Netherlands.…
