The company, which operates using the “Rent-Buy-Service-Concept” of its Germany-based parent company HKL Baumaschinen, provides a ‘one-stop-shop’ of products and services for “the entire construction process”.

To mark its milestone birthday it will hold a series of special promotions and events for its customers, the details of which are expected to be announced locally.

Since opening its headquarters in Wiener Neudorf in September of 2012 HKL Austria has continued to grow at a rapid pace, opening branches in Vienna, Wolkersdorf, Salzburg, Linz, Graz and Krems.

Despite its massive growth over the past decade, the Austrian company’s Managing Director, Christian Heigl - who joined HKL last year after serving as the Austria executive for Cramo, says more is on the way.

“We have a lot of plans for the future: We are continuing to expand the area of work platforms. In this way, we also want to address customers outside the construction sector – wherever our rental products bring benefits.

“In addition, there is reinforcement in the area of construction site equipment: sanitary containers, construction fences, barriers and much more,” said Heigl.

“We are also setting new priorities for construction shop products – including paving machines from the manufacturer Probst and Milwaukee electrical appliances.”

HKL Austria’s 10th birthday year will also see the expansion and modernisation of its branch in Krems, which is located west of Vienna.
