HKL Baumaschinen in Germany has adopted a new logo which it said presented the company in a “clear, modern and contemporary” way.

“HKL has developed continuously over the past decades and so has our logo”, said Alena Adam-Fehlberg, head of marketing at HKL, “We are sharpening our brand presence and providing a modern, fresh look with which we will continue on our path,”

Since HKL was founded in 1970, the letters HKL have represented the company’s geographical roots in Hamburg, Kiel and Lübeck. HKL said this “central brand element” is being retained, alomng with the colours.

“The revised design combines tradition with a modern appearance and signals that HKL is well positioned for the future”, said the company.

HKL operates throughout Germany and also has depots in Poland and Austria.
