Hire Award winners take a bow

The Hire Awards for Excellence have taken place in London to honour the best companies in their field in the UK and Ireland

The full list of winners was as follows:

SafeHire Company of the Year (up to five outlets): Alide Hire Services of Bristol

SafeHire Company of the Year (over five outlets): Travis Perkins

Catalogue of the Year: Hire Station

Product of the Year: Smartzone by AFI-Uplift

Winner of Equipment Supplier of the Year: Niftylift

Winner of Service Provider of the Year: Sollertia

EHA Company of the Year (up to £1 million turnover):Adams Catering & Furniture Hire

EHA Company of the Year (over £1 million turnover): Furniture Hire UK

HAE Company of the Year (up to £10 million turnover): PSM Plant & Tool Hire Centres

HAE Company of the Year (over £10 million turnover): A-Plant

Apprentice of the Year: Maddie Wallace, AFI-Uplift

Workshop Manager of the Year: Guy Barnett, AFI-Uplift

Depot Manager of the Year: Will Titchmarsh, Hire Station

Hire Achiever of the Year: Maddie Wallace, AFI-Uplift.

The awards were organised by the Hire Association Europe and the Event Hire Association, with impressionist and actor Debra Stephenson as special guest.
