Genie redesigns website

Genie has redesigned and revamped its North American website. The new now features responsive actions, which make it easier to navigate, espeically on mobile devices.
“We consistently hear that our website has to be a productivity tool for very busy people. We redesigned our site for those who need equipment information at their fingertips,” said Karen Stash, senior Director of marketing and product management, Terex Aerial Work Platforms. “Whether you visit on your tablet, phone or computer, the responsive will work with your device of choice.”
Genie has redesigned its website to make it easier for visitors to navigate through via less clicks and reduced page load times. New features include: phone icon located at the top of the home page which allows field service technicians to make a call with one click while another icon takes them directly to Genie service manuals. Product guides are easier to access, Stash said, and are enhanced with graphics to help them better identify products and specifications.
“This is just the first step,” said Stash. “We will continue to deliver an industry-leading experience on our website. Our focus will always be geared toward the customer, providing fast, easy access to information so equipment professionals are more productive.”
