Gehl debuted its largest telehandler in the Dynalift series during World of Concrete 2015. The DL 12-55 teleahndler features 12,000 pounds of capacitiy and has a lifting height of 55 feet, 5 inches. At maximum outreach of 40 feet, 9 inches, the unit can lift 2,000 pounds and at full maximum lift height, it can carry 5,500 pounds.

"People love this machine," said Lori Heidecker, marketing director for the Manitou Group, which owns the Gehl brand.

The boom consists of four sections and the engine is side-mounted. The unit is currently powered by a 115-hp Deere T4i but will phase into a 120-hp Cummins Tier 4 final engine in May, Heidecker said.

The telehandler comes standard with foam-filled tires, while solid rubber tires are an option.

The unit will be available for order-taking in March.
