Federservizi set to replace full fleet with Palazzani spiders

Italian access rental company Federservizi has strengthened its fleet with a pair of Palazzani spider lift models.

The investment in the TZJ 180 and XTJ 32 is part of a structured growth path at the company, which began its partnership with Palazzani more than 10 years ago.

Martina Tomasi, General Manager of Federservizi, said, “The collaboration began at the SAIE trade fair with the purchase of the articulated models TZX 170 and TZX 190. Our partnership with Palazzani essentially started because of the quality of the product.”

Based in Trentino-Alto Adige, an area characterized by uneven terrain and steep slopes, the company requires machines that can operate safely even in demanding conditions.

Tomasi continued, “As a rental company, the XTJ 32 and TZJ 180 are practical models for the types of work carried out by our customers. Being located in Trentino-Alto Adige, we deal with uneven ground and significant slopes, so in terms of working height and platform type, they respond very well to our customers’ needs.

“The applications are numerous. They can be used for maintenance, pruning, landscaping, and complex construction sites.”

“For example, for the installation of an antenna in the mountains, we rented a spider aerial platform because it was the only machine able to perform that type of work, operating on steep slopes.”

The investment in the TZJ 180 and XTJ 32 is part of a broader strategy aimed at developing a more complete and consistent fleet.

Tomasi added, “We intend to replace all the spider lifts in our fleet with Palazzani machines, developing the full range, from the smallest models up to those with greater working heights.”
