EquipmentShare has completed its fourth asset-backed securitisation (ABS) under the OWN Program, under which its rental fleet assets are owned by third party investors.

In the transaction, OWN Equipment Fund III has purchased rental equipment from EquipmentShare having raised approximately $454 million through an ABS secured against the equipment. The fleet it has acquired will be managed by EquipmentShare, with a portion of the rental revenue paid to the OWN fund.

Jabbok Schlacks, co-founder and CEO of EquipmentShare, said; “We launched the OWN Program over ten years ago to give partners access to equipment ownership while enabling EquipmentShare to expand our fleet and serve our customers’ needs.

“A decade later, the program has matured into a durable, repeatable capital platform supported by deep institutional demand.”

EquipmentShare has 373 locations in the US and reported revenues of $4.4 billion for the 12 months to 30 September 2025.

Citigroup Global Markets led on the ABS transaction. MidOcean Partners, through OWN Tactical Equipment III, led the equity investment and manages OWN Equipment Fund III.
