CMC acquires German dealer and integrates regional service

CMC Group has finalized the acquisition of a majority stake in CMC Arbeitsbühnen, its longstanding dealer, with the addtion of a new equipment service provision for the German speaking market.

The transaction is part of the Group’s strategic plan to bring sales and after-sales activities together, and is driven by owner the Metrika fund, together with the Moretti and Mastrogiacomo founding families of CMC.

CMC Deutschland now assumes the role of commercial and logistics hub for the entire DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), coordinating product and service flows and leading business development in the area.

The existing management team, led by managing director Dieter Roters is confirmed as Managing Director, will remain place bringing operational stability to the local market.
