Easy Lift announces UK distributor

Easy Lift has partnered with Independent Access Sales (IAS), which will provide exclusive distribution for the Italian spider lift manufacturer in the UK.

IAS was established in 2019 by longstanding access industry proffesional Richard Martin, who has a wealth of experience in rental and distribution. Conversations between Easy Lift and IAS started in January, with the distribution agreement now becoming official.  

The first Easy Lift spiders ordered by IAS, for rental and end user customers, will be delivered next month. They include the R130 and the R180 from the smaller model range, and the medium-sized R210, as well as one of Easy Lift’s most popular units, the RA31. The latter product was ordered by IAS as a hybrid version, the RA31HY. The tree care sector will be a major focus for the company. 

IAS has also pre-ordered a number of RA24 units - a new model with testing now in its final stage. The new double articulated boom model fills the gap between the R210 and RA26/R260 models, or 21m to 26m working height. IAS has ordered the RA24 as standard version, with diesel engine and AC motor, as well as the RA24HY hybrid version, with diesel engine and lithium battery.
