The browser-based platform covers processes including planning, ordering, material management, logistics, returns and invoicing, while also providing access to Doka’s digital services.
An initial rollout began in selected southeastern US states in September 2026, with a phased expansion planned across the rest of the country. The platform is currently available by invitation only.
Doka said the basic version is available at no additional cost and allows customers to review orders and deliveries, manage material information, register returns, access invoices and financial documents, manage user roles and receive project notifications.
The platform can be accessed from desktop or mobile devices without downloading an app.
It also includes an AI-based counting tool that allows users to upload or take photographs of materials using a smartphone. The system analyses the image by product group and calculates the number of items shown.
Doka 360 is also intended to provide a route into the company’s wider digital portfolio, with additional services planned to include sensor-based jobsite insights and other data-driven tools.
Michael Kennedy, executive vice president of Doka North America/Latin America and CEO of Doka USA, said contractors were dealing with increasingly complex jobsites, tighter schedules and growing volumes of data.
“They need faster access to information, more transparency and fewer administrative touchpoints,” he said. “Doka 360 gives them one connected platform to manage their daily business with Doka more easily and more efficiently.”
The US launch follows an early-access phase with selected customers in Germany and the US, during which Doka tested core functions and incorporated customer feedback into the platform.
Doka said it will support the rollout with local training and customer onboarding as the platform expands into additional US markets.
