03 June 2021
The rental division of Stavebniny DEK, a building materials supplier in the Czech Republic, has taken delivery of 71 new mini excavators and loaders from Bobcat.
Prague-based DEK Pujcovna added a total of 56 mini-excavators with operating weight of between 1 and 5 tonnes. These included the E10z, E19, E35z and E55z models, which were delivered to the company alongside 15 of Bobcat’s S530 skid-steer loaders.
According to the manufacturer, DEK Pujcovna’s thirteen new E55z mini excavator units are the first of their kind in the country.
Part of the R2-Series product line, the 5.2 tonne machines are fitted with a Stage V compliant diesel engine and a 5 inch display. The model also features Bobcat’s Zero House Swing and are available with its Advanced Selectable Auxiliary Control system and the Automatic Track Tensioning System options.
DEK Pujcovna already operates a fleet of over 200 Bobcat machines, which are manufactured nearby at Bobcat EMEA’s headquarters in Dobříš.
It placed the equipment order with the manufacturer’s exclusive dealer for the region Bobcat CZ, following the success of previous equipment deals with the company in 2018 and 2019.
Vladimír Hes, Sales Director of Bobcat CZ, said, “We greatly value the trust placed in us by this customer, who has returned to us repeatedly and reflects our commitment to providing a perfect service for our clients.”
Said to have supplied more than half of all machines for rental in the Czech Republic, Bobcat CZ offers sales, warranty and service, rental, operator training and supplies spare parts and attachments to around 3,500 customers
Hes said, “The rental segment is key for the entire construction machinery market in the Czech Republic.
“Thanks to its long-term co-operation with Stavebniny DEK, Bobcat CZ has confirmed its position as the market leader in compact machines.”
