Danish rental acquisition for Collé

Collé Rental & Sales has acquired Danish rental company Cito.

Under the buyout Collé, which has its headquarters in the Netherlands, has taken over Cito’s entire workforce and rental fleet and means it now has full coverage across Denmark.

Cito operates from several locations in Central Jutland and is a prominent regional player in the rental of construction equipment, aerial platforms and site accommodation.

While Collé Rental & Sales already had a presence on the Danish islands of Zealand and Funen, the acquisition of these mainland locations in Jutland completes the company’s distribution network across Denmark market.

In the coming months, the Cito brand will gradually transition to the Collé identity.

According to Collé, the move is designed to significantly enhance customer service and equipment availability.

Raf Tripaldelli, company director and head of Danish operations, said, “We extend a very warm welcome to the employees of Cito as they join the Collé organisation. This acquisition significantly strengthens our position in Denmark. Both Cito and Collé customers will now benefit from more direct access to our extensive, combined machine portfolio and a nationwide delivery capacity.”
