Countdown to IRE & APEX 2023 begins

17 June 2022

Registration is now open for the International Rental Exhibition (IRE), which will take place from 6 – 8 June 2023 at the Maastricht Exhibition & Conference Centre (MECC) in the Netherlands.

The IRE, a showcase for equipment rental, compact machinery and rental IT, will host more than 65 exhibitors in 2023, at a newly refurbished venue.

The show website, including free registration, can be found at www.IREshow.com.

IRE will be co-located with access exhibition APEX, with visitors able to move freely between the two show, and the 2023 annual European Rental Association Convention on 7 and 8 June. The European Rental Awards 2023 will be on 7 June.

MECC has undergone a €50 million euro investment programme over the past three years, resulting in expanded and updated facilities for visitors and exhibitors.

Companies including JCB, Yanmar, Kaeser, Atlas Copco, Kohler SDMO, Generac, Ditch Witch, Ammann, Trackunit and Trime are some of the confirmed exhibitors at the time of writing.

It is expected that new low-emission products, including electric compact machines, will be foregrounded on the stands. Digital transformation will be another focus, with IT and software specialists expected to share their expertise on digitalising rental businesses.

Organisers say IRE 2023 will be a much needed opportunity to “network with rental company owners and managers from around the world” and reinforce business contacts following the pandemic.

Attendees have the opportunity to hold face-to-face meetings with new and key suppliers, partners, importers, agents and distributors.

IRE and APEX will mark an important return to in-person events after organisers BV Industrial Promotions International (IPI) and KHL Group took the decision to cancel them in in 2020 and 2021 because of the pandemic.
