CGTE acquires GM Noleggi in Italy

Italian rental company CGTE has announced the acquisition of GM Noleggi, which it says will result in a major Italian multi-specialist rental company, with a fleet of over 8,500 vehicles and a turnover of over 75 million euros.

CGTE, a subsidiary of international company Tesya Group, rents equipment and provides supporting services for Italy’s public works, construction, events and industry sectors. It has 35 branches across the country, along with 50 dealers and 18 authorised workshops.
