Following the announcement that German rental company AFI GmbH is going into administration, AFI-Uplift in the UK has said this will have no impact at all on its business

AFI-Uplift says that there are no financial, trading or legal relationships between the companies or with any individuals connected to it.

David Shipman, AFI's chairman, was involved in setting up AFI GmbH in 2003 but is no longer a director of the company and has no involvement in it. AFI-Uplift says that all connections with AFI GmbH ended in 2008.
