ABAX appoints chief people and organisation officer

Nordic-based telematics specialist ABAX has appointed Silje Berntsen Bogen as chief people and organisation officer.

Bogen joined the company in 2023 as head of people, where she was responsible for establishing a corporate culture based on “innovation and continuous learning,” the company said.

In her new role, she will be tasked with building a workplace that is flexible, inclusive and focused on continuous improvement.

Describing the appointment as a tactical move, ABAX said it ensures “cultural and organisational development” are the centre of its goals to become a “pioneer in smart mobility.”
