A-Plant won the coveted hire company of the year award (over 5 outlets) at the Hire Association Europe (HAE) awards in Cardiff, UK, in October. Pictured right is Sat Dhaiwal, chief executive officer of A-Plant, with Murray Pollok, Editor of IRN, which sponsored the award category. Other winners included Speedy Hire and Hewden, while Robert Aplin, publisher of UK publication Executive Hire News, won the hire person of the year award. See page 69 for more details.
