New COO to boost Alimak expansion

Alimak Group has strengthened its management team with appointment of Stefan Rinaldo as chief operational officer (COO).

The main focus of the COO role will be merger and acquisition integration, legal and contracts, information technology, compliance and risk management. The role will be instrumental in supporting Alimak Group´s growth plan, said the company.

Mr Rinaldo has been with Alimak Group since 2007 and has held the position of CFO since 2012. He will continue as CFO until a replacement has been recruited.
