Bobcat is set to unveil a batch of new telehandlers geared toward the rental industry during Intermat 2015 in Paris.

The TL358 features 6 m (19.6 feet) of lifting height and will be available in rated capacities of 2.6 or 3 tonnes.
The company will also debut the new rental-focused 13 m (42.65 feet) and 14 m (45.9 feet) lift height T35130S and T35140S telehandlers. Both offer 3.5 tonnes of lift capacity.

The new TL358 6 m (19.6 feet) telehandler is compact, with 2.10 m (6.8 feet) in width and height dimensions. Customers can also have the TL358 supplied with a taller cab to increase visibility for the operator.

"This new model has been conceived and designed to meet many applications and customer needs (primarily in construction, industry and rental) where its overall compact dimensions, powerful 74.5 kW engine and hydraulics, manoeuvrability and true loading capacity offer a very productive alternative to smaller machines limited in performance and use," Bobcat said in a statement.

The the new 13 m (42.65 feet) and 14 m (45.9 feet) models follow the launches of the Bobcat 10 m (32.8 feet), 12 m (39.37 feet), 14 m (45.93 feet) and 18 m (59.05 feet) lift height teleshandlers over the last 12-13 months, the company said. The units have a simple design geared toward the needs of the rental industry.

The T35130S and T35140S telehandlers offer many of the advantages of the new generation models, Bob cat said.

"Particular attention has been paid to aspects such as the protection of sensitive parts, and intuitive and safe operating to meet the needs of rental users," the company said. "The easy-to-use compact stabilisers ensure that the full capabilities of all the new telescopic handlers can be utilised in the most confined working areas and close to walls (minimal loss of reach)."

The T35130S and T35140S telehandlers feature new Panoramic Cabs which have a large parabolic windscreen providing panoramic visibility especially when handling loads at height. In the cab, there is a new dashboard with digital display and intuitive controls including a joystick with integrated forward/reverse (FNR) control for improved productivity and safety.

The working envelope for the T35130S telehandler has a maximum lift height of 12.55 m (41.17 feet) and a maximum forward reach of 8.6 m (28.21 feet). The Bobcat T35140S telehandler has a maximum lift height of 13.6 m (44.6 feet) and a maximum forward reach of 9.8 m (32.15 feet).
