Sunstate grows Texas footprint

US rental company Sunstate Equipment is expanding its presence in Texas with the addition of a new branch in Conroe.

Located at 661 Frazier Commerce Drive, Sunstate said the new site enhances service coverage in the growing North Houston region, including The Woodlands, Montgomery, and surrounding areas.

It will offer a full range of construction equipment for rent, supporting commercial, infrastructure, and industrial projects.

“Conroe is a rapidly growing market, and this new branch allows us to better support the increasing demand for reliable equipment solutions,” says Stewart Banks, Sunstate regional operations manager.

“With expanded service coverage and faster response times, we’re ensuring contractors in North Houston and beyond have access to the equipment they need to keep projects moving efficiently.”

The opening builds on Sunstate’s existing Houston metro network, which includes five general rental locations, one trench safety location, and three industrial locations.

The company said the new branch will help increase equipment availability, shorten delivery times, and strengthen local support for customers.

“We’re excited about the new opportunities available to the local workforce. We’ve planned growth in both employment and services benefiting the community,” added Banks.
