AJ Access signs on as Holland Lift distributor

Holland Lift has appointed AJ Access Platforms as its UK and Ireland dealer responsible for sale of new products, spare parts and service support. AJ Access will also support existing Holland Lift customers in the territory.

Holland Lift was previously represented in the UK by Russon Access, an arrangement that ended in late 2012.

Holland Lift’s product range is focused on electric and diesel powered scissors in the 15 m to 34 m range high, although it also produces crawler mounted scissors.

Tony Mort, managing director of AJ Access, said; “It is a fantastic fit for us to be able to supply this very high quality product in to the UK and Ireland market and complements other access equipment we currently supply perfectly.

“It also enables us to look after the pre-owned market for Holland Lift products and take part exchanges in, which is a natural part of our business, of course. We look forward to getting together with existing and potential customers in the very near future”.

There are a number of Holland Lift scissors in the UK, in particular its best selling N165-12 and N195-12 narrow electric scissors. AJ said these units “have gained a great reputation with rental companies and end users alike.”

Meanwhile, Holland Lift said it had been working hard to reduce lead times on its products and that current delivery times have been reduced to 6 months.

The manufacturer added; “There are a number of exciting developments currently on the drawing boards at the factory in Hoorn, The Netherlands which will be revealed in the coming months.”

Holland Lift is majority owned by Netherlands company ProDelta Investments, which acquired its stake earlier this year.
