Tower crane specialist Highsparks TCS Ltd from Scotland has been acquired by Uperio Group via its subsidiary Skyline Arcomet Ltd.

As a subsidiary of Skyline Arcomet Ltd, Highsparks will continue to operate in the UK in tower crane rental and distribution. It has new premises in Lanark, Scotland. Proposed developments…
