Pramac strengthens its energy portfolio with a complete mobile BESS range (10–430+ kWh), supporting zero-emission goals and meeting the evolving needs of modern energy markets.

Pramac takes a decisive step forward in its commitment to sustainable innovation by unveiling a complete range of mobile Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Designed to meet the growing demand for clean, flexible, and mobile energy solutions, this new portfolio spans from compact 10 kWh units to high-capacity systems exceeding 430 kWh, offering unmatched versatility for a wide array of applications.

At the heart of this new generation of products lies advanced LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery technology, chosen for its superior safety, thermal stability, and long lifecycle. LFP batteries ensure high performance even in demanding environments, making them ideal for both temporary and permanent energy deployments.

The range is divided into two main families:

  • BePack: Compact and modular solutions available in capacities from 10 to 150 kWh, and designed for mobility, ease of use, and scalability. They are ideal for events, construction sites, and temporary installations where reliable and portable energy is essential.
  • BeBox: A powerful mobile BESS housed in a 10-foot container, delivering an impressive 436 kWh of storage capacityand a maximum output power of 312 kVA. This model is engineered for high-demand scenarios, such as industrial operations, grid support, and emergency backup. Its robust design and high output make it a strategic asset for energy-intensive environments.

With 11 models currently available, Pramac offers tailored solutions to meet diverse power and capacity needs. The BeBox platform is also designed for future scalability, with upcoming variants expected to deliver even greater storage and power.

At the core of the user experience is the innovative DSE control system, a cutting-edge interface installed on every unit. Featuring an intuitive LED display, it allows users to easily monitor and manage all BESS functions, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and adaptability on site, simplifyng operations and enhancing efficiency.

All models can operate in stand-alone mode, making them ideal for applications with strict noise or emission restrictions, such as urban construction sites, events, or environmentally sensitive areas. Alternatively, they can be used in hybrid mode, connected to any diesel generator. In this configuration, the BESS and the generator can work alternately or simultaneously, depending on the real-time power demand. This intelligent load management optimizes generator usage, reduces fuel consumption, and prevents issues caused by low loads, especially critical for Stage V generators, which are sensitive to underloading and may otherwise experience faults or shutdowns.

By combining cutting-edge battery technology, modular design, and a strong focus on sustainability, Pramac’s mobile BESS range positions the company as a key player in the transition to zero-emission energy. It’s not just a product launch, it’s a strategic move toward a cleaner, more resilient energy future.
